Receiving intermittent Error 500 with ArcGIS Server services request.

We have an ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 standalone server, and this is below error seen intermittently while accessing this. We tried overwriting and it still didn't helped. Server Logs do not tell anything helpful.

This same error is observed when adding this data in ArcGIS Pro.

Any help on this would be highly appreciated, as to what is causing this and any solutions?

We managed to find the root cause of this issue to be the incorrect(caps and uncaps) folder name being used in the query request.
