Licenses - Upgrade from 11.0 to 11.1

Am I required to get new license files  (Portal & Enterprise) when upgrading from 11.0 to 11.1?  Or, will my 11.0 licenses still work?

You will need new license files for Enterprise 11.1. Your 11.0 license files won't work after upgrading.

Thanks for the clarification, Chris. I saw that but was tripped up when I saw, " you may need to reauthorize... ".
