Hi,

I am having trouble downloading data from dashboards, both a singular dashboard and a dashboard imbedded in another dashboard. My team and I are able to login to the online account and download the data seamlessly. However, when another team member does it, an Undefined.csv file is downloaded and there is no data within it. We have tried different user credentials, testing between different windows versions, enabling popups and nothing seems to help this individual. They are using chrome to access the dashboard.

This is what the file looks like when downloaded on their side, it downloads very quickly so the user hasn't interrupted the download by trying to open it too soon either.

When trying to download from a graph, this is what the csv looks like inside:

When trying to download from a table, this is what the csv looks like inside:

Hello @ShireanRedman, have you tried checking the Google Chrome DevTools network traffic from one of these users that gets the 'undefined.csv'? Do you see any error messages there?

I'm also curious to know how those last users access the dashboard(s). Are those dashboards publicly accessible? Do they access them using an ArcGIS Online* Viewer (role) user type? Through another user type?

*I assume you use ArcGIS Online (or maybe ArcGIS Enterprise portal?)
