Manual breaks in multivariate symbology

I am quite new to CA - noodling around at this point, really. I notice when using the Counts and Amounts (Color) style, I'm able to switch to manual breaks by clicking Edit and moving them around:

However, when using a multivariate style, such as Dot Density with Colored Dots, this option disappears. Is there really no way to set manual breaks in these? If so, that's a pretty steep limitation - but hopefully I'm missing something. Any pointers here?
