The past couple of weeks my City has been focusing on ArcGIS online and thus far, I've really been enjoying creating dynamic maps to share versus the static PDF's I've been creating for the past decade. One of the great things about it is that you can edit data housed in your SDE through this service (permission based, of course) both on a PC and in the field using the Collector App. I've used the app in a small capacity when testing it's functionality, but before I create a editable feature class with roughly 15 fields that have domains assigned to it, I was curious how well it worked - and most importantly. how well the app worked on a 3G connection using a smart phone or tablet?
Any input on your experiences would be great.
