Multipatch to ZM polygons

I am working on the 3D model of a city. My task is to merge polygons into buildings. However, my polygons are in multipatch format, but i need them as ZM polygons. Is it possible to convert multipatch polygons into ZM polygons?

I tried tool Multipatch footprint to convert my polygons and then i manually added heights to the buildings, but i completly lost shapes of buildings (for example, different types of roofs...). 

Here is my atribute table, maybe it helps.
