Issue adding New Widget after upgrade to 1.2

I tried to add one of the new widgets after upgrading to 1.2 and I get the following result.  Has  anyone else seen this yet?

FYI   I knew that my widgets needed to be in the stemapp and the app/widgets folder.  I assumed all of the widgets that were in the stemapp would also be in the server/apps/##3/widgets folder when I upgraded to 1.2..  I was wrong so that is what the issue was..
