is there any WAP widget that can show text from attributes of features currently in map extent?

hey im looking for a solution to this problem:

i have a webmap withone feature class the has 15 feature parts.

i want some widget or other solution to display the name (from attribute) of all feature parts currently in map extent/

does any one have an idea?

arcgis server and portal 10.4

WAB for developers 2.5

wab api publish app to portal attribute‌
