Enhanced Search Widget Spinning Wheel Of Death

Layer: Building (ID: 0)

So when I add this layer to Robert Scheitlin, GISP's  esearch widget... and I set the following attributes...

Spatial Search : Check

Allow CSV Export : Check

Add Result as Operational Layer : Check

Use Popup from : Webmap

Then I set the Expression to search by Acct_Num and I select UNIQUE... It spins, even in settings. Nothing I do releases that spinney wheel.

Any ideas?

Brain,

What error do you see in your browsers web console?

None. It just stops working.

I put a sandbox version up to test and you can see... when you click on eSearch EVERY search should be UNIQUE but they default to a Value entry that doesn't even work?

Brain,

I get a whole slew of error when accessing that site.

None of those come up in my console!?!?

AND that is the wrong REST service folder... it shouldn't be StarterMaps but rather JSAPI?!

Hmm. You should check that your latest changes are posted to your sandbox then.

Ok...

So I have deleted the App from WAB.

I have taken the old MXD, which had multiple layers added because this was used to power our current Flex map version, and removed everything BUT the permit layers.

I have saved this modified MXD with a different name.

I have created a NEW REST Service from this MXD.

I downloaded the newest version of eSearch.

I have added the eSearch widget.

I tried to add the feature layer from our ArcGIS Server : http://maps.cityoftulsa.org/gis/rest/services/JSAPI/extPermits_Final/MapServer/0

Here is the error I get.

It won't even work in the WAB now... Frustrated.

Brain,

Did you update your sandbox app? http://maps.cityoftulsa.org/sandbox/permits/

I still see errors where the app is using:

maps2/cotgis/rest/services/LGDM/LGM_CouncilDistricts/MapServer/0

There is still a cross-origin resource sharing error, which can only happen when someone tries to access the map from another domain.
