Hello ,
I make layout mxd file , that contains two data frame , one is the main data frame and the second is the overview of map data frame , and make rectangle extent indicator that build relationship between two data frames , then run the printing geoprocessing tool and publish it as gp service .
the issue the layers is visible in active data frame only and the second data frame is still blank !!! why ?!
please find the result screen shot and the layout mxd file in attachement .
