Cannot turn Attribute Assistant On?

I have downloaded and installed the Attribute Assistant Add-In (I am using ArcGIS 10.2.2). It will not let me turn it on, the Turn Attribute Assistant On/Off Button stays red no matter how many times I click on it.

Do you have the dynamic value table in the TOC?

I do have the Dynamic Table in TOC, but still can not activate the toolbar. Anything else?
