I have tried the new login and password and it will not allow me access to get it.  I need the version that will work with 10.2.
Can you possibly help me out?

Just checked, the site is up and reached using credentials noted.  Have another go...

The problem is that the site will get locked for a while if the wrong password is used too many times.

It should unlock in a little while. As an alternative, you can go the following location for download. Both locations are synchronized.

Just verified that the MFT site is up and functional, please verify your sftp configuration as at the top of this thread--and try again.

Alternatively, the Water Resources Team has put up an HTTP service here. As announced by Christine in Alternate Download Location for Arc Hydro Setup Files

Is there a tutorial or instruction manual to go with the ArcHydro Tools_x64 from your ftp site? This is the first time I have downloaded it, so I have a bit of learning curve. I'm using ArcGIS 10.2.
