I am attempting to run the Create Runoff Raster tool in the ArcHydro toolbox. It will run for a bit, and then I get the error "zipfile.BadZipFile: File is not a zip file." I am unsure where to go from here. I am using ArcPro 3.6 and have attempted to download and reinstall the package twice. Please help!
Hi @JessicaWatson1994 - it looks like the USGS api we were using to download the runoff data has been decommissioned. I have reached out to the USGS to see if there is an alternative we can use to get the tool up and running again. Will reach out again when I have an update. Thanks!
