Real-Time MODIS images are available but these are low resolution, can any buddy share link for downloading real-time high-resolution images?

What temporal resolution are you looking for?
Sentinel 2 (2A/2B) would be my best bet. It's not a near-real-time data though. Please explore the same.
You may download it from USGS Earth Explorer or Copernicus Open Access Hub
