Crashes of Arcgis Pro due to usd of tool “create hydro network from catchment”

When I use the create hydro network from catchment tool of Network Tools, Arcgis Pro crashes and forces it to exit. Why?

Assuming you are using ArcGIS Pro 2.8+, you need to use the latest version of Arc Hydro to resolve this issue:
