I am trying to determine a threshold for inundation for a polygon layer in Arc. For each water level (ranging from 1-15 m), I would like to determine which polygons are over 50% flooded. I have a DEM of the coast. Obviously, I could just take the minimum elevation in each polygon to determine whether that is below the sea level, however, this does not account for hydrologic connectivity between polygons. Is there a simple way I can account for connectivity and come up with a threshold for inundation in individual polygons?
