Is it possible to install ArcHydro as an add-in, rather than an .msi? I do not have administrative access to my workstation, but am allowed to use add-ins for ArcGIS. Otherwise, I must get the "separate" software packaged by my IT department which is costly and can take a year.
I am using the latest version of ArcGIS Pro.
