Arc Hydro Version Mix-up on Download Site?

A colleague of mine was trying to download the latest version of Arc Hydro compatible with ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2 from http://downloads.esri.com/archydro/ArcHydro/Setup/Pro/3.0/3.0.27/ . However, upon installation, he received an error that the version was not compatible. It looks like it is actually for version 2.9.5, based on how it is shown in the program list:
If you actually look at what is in the 3.0.27 and 2.9.59 directories, they actually both show what look like the same files and timestamps:
When he installed 3.0.25, it did work with Pro. So I wonder if 3.0.27 should not be there?
