David,  I generally select the sign symbology I need from the "transportation" symbol set in ESRI's symbol library.  I'm not sure if you have already looked through that symbol library and decided it wan't what you need but it seems to provide most of the MUTCD symbology I need.  Good luck.

Where can I find some more of MUTCD symbols on the Transportation set in ESRI's symbol library? However not the whole list of MUTCD SIGNS. I need to find the rest of the list.

It would be very beneficial for Esri to provide an exhaustive sign symbology set.  I added this to the ArcGIS Ideas site.  If you are logged in to your Esri Global Account you should be able to follow this link https://c.na9.visual.force.com/apex/...6sort%3Drecent  or search for "MUTCD" on the Ideas site.  Please vote up this idea.

There is some additional discussion on this topic here: http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/42474-Where-and-how-to-share-EMF-files

I'm attaching a few true type front files of various signs & pavement legends which we had an intern make up for us using a program called FontCreator.  Attached is a "how to" file our intern made that breaks down the workflows he used.  Also I will attach a style file that another agency shared with me.

I hope these files help out the community and alleviate some of the frustrations at not easily finding these symbols.

P.S. It seems odd that this site doesn't allow .style & .ttf file extensions.  Especially when .style is an esri extension.
