ArcLogistics - What are your thoughts on this product?

Hello, everyone. My company is considering using the ArcLogistics product for an upcoming project and I was wondering what people think about it. Is it reliable? What are the pluses and minuses that you've run into?

There were no comments and only 2 reviews on the product page (http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=400603a90e024f68a267d0ed5e482896). Given that this technology could be a cornerstone for some of our work, I was hoping for a little more user reviews than that.

I think it is an okay product, as long as you are not trying to route any large volume, or routes that change a great deal. It is a sort of side project for the company it seems to me, and they stopped support of the online version. Once you get it set up with your map and the orders it is not too bad to use, if you load a large number of orders/routes it can be slow. Depending on your application it might be fine.
