Welcome back to Telecom GIS in Five Minutes. Throughout the video series, we have showcased and demonstrated different workflows that are closely tied to your network engineering, construction, and operation processes, and GIS continues to provide this centralized platform and technology for modeling, monitoring, and sharing network information across the board.

In the system of engagement perspective, we have solutions that help you capture data and comments from the field, visualize data on a map, a dashboard, or even present your research and findings with a StoryMap. The goal is always to bring all the people, workflow, and data altogether.

We are bridging the gaps of people's accessibility to a single source of information. But how do we fill the gaps between people who line up in the process and rely on the previous person to complete their part of the input? So today I want to show you a quick demo of how you can easily pass the baton to the next person and notify them right away with just a simple integration between ArcGIS FieldMaps and Integromat.

In the network engineering process, we like to call our field engineers, our field service officers as our eyes in the field. They help capture the most critical information and provide guidance to engineering in order to produce the best design we can. We want to make sure their notations and comments can kick off the downstream workflow automatically.

And here is how we do it.
