Using the Telecom Editing tools and opening a workspace generates the following error (and log):

This is on a co-workers client running Standard 10.1.  On my client pc (Advanced 10.1) I do not get this error.

The client pc is able to edit the features without issues but this error makes me wonder what's going on.  Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi Dave,

This looks like possibly a permissions issue.

Are they hitting the same data source as you?

The tools are basically telling you via the log file that it can see/find the DynamicValue table in that workspace. It needs this table for the tools to function correctly. Anything being created without this table in place will not be correctly populated.

You can ping me directly at mreddick@esri.com if you need to arrange a webex to trouble shoot.

Same problem, but new database and new install.

Steps leading up to the error:
1. Downloaded Fiber Data Management Tools and extracted
2. Installed plugin
3. Used Project to import and change projection system from "Maps and GDBs/Telecom.gdb"
4. Closed and re-opened ArcMap
5. Attempted to load workspace

Please advise
