Survey123 in Story Maps

I am wondering if anyone has experience embedding Survey123 questions into their educational Story Maps. And if so, does anyone know if Survey 123 files can be edited, once they are made public? I have been getting repeated errors when trying to publish updates to these questions. I cannot find a solution other than potentially copying the survey and recreating / re-embedding.

I have a survey embedded in my Escape Room StoryMap. Embedding a survey should not affect publishing or updating a survey. I suggest you make a post in the Survey123 community with details about the errors you are seeing and your updates.
