Where are these points coming from?

Still on 10.0 sp 5. I used the Load a topology to a Parcel Fabric tool (clean and validated), and it seemd to work ok until I yurned on the Points layer. Along with expected points at vertices, there are random points scattered here and there. Any ideas where these are coming from and how to get rid of them? Thanks.

[edit] that appears to account for some, but not all. Is there a way to make the radial lines visible without selecting individual parcels?

What works for me is selecting a random parcel and clicking "rejoin." This makes all of the radial lines on the map visible.

Thanks Kevin. That didn't work for me, though, possibly because I'm in 10.0, not 10.1 or 2.
