I am trying to use the ArcGIS for Local Government. I've downloaded Address data management and try to install the AddressManagementAddIn. I use ArcGIS for Desktop 10.1. I got message: Unable to find a matching AscGIS Installation on this machine. Do I have to use 10.2 only?

Are you using the Address Data Management 10.1 ( http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=915796ef17124d09a25130c223835474) with ArcGIS Desktop 10.1?
