Parcel Fabric Replica Sync Fails

Hello,

I am attempting to synchronize a Parcel Fabric replica database with no luck.  I get the following error:

'Synchronize Replica failed
The field is not nullable [PlanID]
Field is not editable.
Field is not editable.
Field is not editable.
etc etc...'

[ATTACH=CONFIG]26463[/ATTACH]

Does anyone have a workaround or and insights to the problems?

Still the same problem.  Only now I'm attempting and SDE to SDE whereas before it was and SDE to File GDB.

Has anyone else seen this issue?
