I've been working on customizing and configuring the My Government Services application.  I am able to get it to work on Chrome, Firefox, IE 9 or later but when using the older versions of IE, the basemap and pop-up appear but the carousel never loads when the map is clicked.  The help doc included in the template indicates that this should work in the older versions of IE.

Our version of My Government Services also works in Chrome or Firefox, but WILL NOT RUN IN ANY VERSION OF IE, INCLUDING IE9 (9.0.13). Same as Kristy, it will load the basemap but hangs on the carousel.  Have flushed IE caches, updated Java.  I get the same error from home and from work.

Kristy / Greg -

I would suggest you contact Esri Support Services for help with your configuration.  The My Government Services App is fully supported on IE.  Most likely, there is a minor error in the js file that Chrome and Firefox ignore, but IE errors out on.  You can also use a program called JSLint to check your configuration file for errors.
