We are just beginning to load the Local Government Information Model for use with the ArcGIS for Local Government maps and apps, starting with the My Government Services map.

The Site Address Points layer does not have fields for Street Prefix, Street Type, Street Suffix, or Zipcode.  Just curious why these basic address components are not in the address layer, and if anyone misses them!

The street prefix, street type and street suffix are not included in the Site Address Points feature class because the individual elements of the road names are tracked in the Master Street Name table.  Then the only thing that needs to be added to the Site Address Points is the full street name and finally the full address.  The structure of the road centerline, site address, master street name table and other address related address elements in the local government information model were designed to work with the Address Data Management map

This data structure also separates physical site address information from the postal address information, which is stored in the Mailing Address table.  Zip code values are actually a mailing address attribute and as such are persisted for such.

Here is a link to a video that provides more detailed information on this topic.  Finally, I would also encourage you to take a look at the Data Dictionary for more detailed information on each of the features mentioned above.
