Is there a way to make a density map with GIS trial version?

trying to figure out how make a map with lots 'o points into a density map but only have the trial version of GIS.

I think you can get a 30 day trial of the Spatial Analyst extension.

To add some more specifics to Wes' suggestion, once you get the Spatial Analyst Extension there are several tools that could be used.  Also, the Spatial Statistics Extension offers some processes that may work also:
