I have this application up and running. The only issue that I have at this point is adding comments to the polling places. It currently "freezes" when attempting to add a comment.
Due to the fact that we do not have SDE up and running in 10.1, I decided to publish my polling places feature service to my organizational ArcGIS Online account. Is this the reason that my application freezes when attempting to add a comment?
