I just installed a copy of ArcInfo 10 and am conducting some Nearest Neighbor test and in the results window it is not showing me an HTML link to the graphs it should. Mine says HTML Report File: <empty>

Any idea how I can activate it? I know it should be providing one as I have used it on other machines with ArcInfo 10.

Hi zonabb,

The Average Nearest Neighbor tool in 10.0 does create the html report, but the option to create the report is an optional parameter that you have to check on.  The option is called "Generate Report", and if it isn't checked on the report will not be generated.

Hope this helps.

When I click on generate report, and the tool processes successfully, where do I have to go to actually find the report (for average nearest neighbor)?

Thank you!

Go to the Geoprocessing tool in the Menu bar and select Results.  You should get the results for the current session and see the html report being listed.  Double click to open in your default browser.  We have had a problem with this in our GIS lab which defaults to Internet Explorer.  If you copy the URL to Firefox or Chrome, it should open.

It might still be running.  See if there is an hourglass in the results window next to the task on current session.   When it's finished it should show a little document, next to the name of the process and a number.    Otherwise, are you working in a remote environment, like Citrix,  where no browser is installed?
