Shifted columns after Eliminate Polygon Part

Hello,

I'm running an Eliminate Polygon Part analysis from Data Management/Generalization toolbox in ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop / Advanced.

The input is a polygon feature class stored in File Geodatabase, I use the 'PERCENT' condition and 50 %.

Now, the geometry of the result looks as expected, however, the attribute table does not - some of the columns contain values from different input columns.

I created a small test feature class with a few attributes (in the picture) and tried running the analysis again, and the problem always shows up (regardless if I use the 'PERCENT' or 'AREA' codition). I also tried with shapefile, and a similar problem occured.

The problem can easily be seen in the picture - temp1 is the input, temp7 is result (holes are filled). Upper attribute table belongs to input data, bottom table belongs to the result. Values in At1 (Short), At2 (Double),  At3 (Text) are ok, however At4 (Double) now contains values from SHAPE_Length of input, and At5 (Short) contains rounded values of SHAPE_AREA of input (I guess). The original values from At4 and At5 seem to disappear...

I found a similar issue here, Shifted columns from zonal statisitcs as table , but it does not really help my problem.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem (mabye with different analysis...)? Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Many thanks!

Yes... no bug number exists for it as reported in the zonalstatistics as table links...

I would report it

EDIT

Shifty fields are an issue
