Survey 123 Survey forms stuck in outbox on ipad (7th generation) and iphone message 'getting service information' but submission never completes. Advice please?

Two surveys have been successfully sent from iPhone previously.  Now 13 surveys  (containing 3 images each) stuck in  iPhone outbox  and 42 on ipad. Is it possible to send surveys one at a time if an issue with data transfer?

Support has workflows to help you recover data stuck on a device and get it to the feature service you are trying to edit..  Whatever you do, don't delete the surveys till support has helped
