Save symbology and load Symbology in GDB

I want to save layer symbol in GDB and want to open a layer with last saved symbol in arcmap. How can I do this ? I am using .NET and python.

So any technology idea can be helpful for me.

You could save your symbol as a layer file then assign it to your feature class
