Problems installing arcgis via pip

I am having issues installing arcgis for python 3.12, here is what I am getting

Python 3.12 is not supported yet. 

From pypi:

Programming Language

From the API system requirements docs:

 Python Version

Python 3.9.x to 3.11.x is required

Ok that worked I added PYTHON 3.10 and got it installed
