How to clip feature classes in a featuredataset and retain relationship

Could someone help me with the steps necessary  to clip feature classes in a feature dataset, recreate the feature dataset in the destination gdb and retain/rebuild relationships? I guess it’s easy to just go through all the feature classes in the feature dataset and clip them to a destination feature dataset but what happens to relationships/related tables …

When you say "clip", do you mean "copy"? If so, the relationship classes and related tables /feature classes should get copied automatically.
