ArcMap Custom Toolbar

I am looking for sample python script along instructions which can be used to call following items. I am ArcMap 10.6.1 Toolbox.

1. Call or open http://google.ca

2. Call FME and run a workspace

3. Call .Net Web Service to pass a parameter and return result in a popup
