ArcGIS Pro using license with arcpy with Pro closed

As the title suggests, is it possible to use your ArcGIS Pro license to run an automated script if ArcGIS Pro is closed on the machine you run the script on?

Such as every night at midnight overwrite some tables in a gdb.
