Apologies if this has been asked previously, a quick forum search came up with no answers to my question.
I am having trouble with creating a cache for a large area of imagery. The main problem is that i seem to only be able to cache to the extents of the data, and if i do this it is filling my server up very quickly. The data that i want to cache is spread over a very large area, but it only contains small tiles of imagery within this area. The vast majority of the extents of the area contains no data.
Does anyone know if it is possible to cache only the areas that contain imagery, and not build a huge cache of empty tiles?
