Our group has an idea, but we don't know if ArcGIS and its product base would have the capacity to accomplish it. Children's Environmental Health Day is coming up in October 2025. We want to do something incredibly creative and interactive with our partners around the country, but we don't know where to start with explaining our idea to those who may be able to point us in the right direction.
The idea is this. We want to be able to input images or videos into a live map where when you look at the map as a whole it looks like a bouquet of flowers but as you zoom in you can see that these are actually items that can be clicked on and learned more about. Some of the images and videos we will want to input ourselves prior to our CEH Day event. We would also like to have a QR code where people could add their own images and testimonials at our CEH Day event.
Is this possible? We realize we would likely need to hire a consultant to assist us as we are incredibly busy right now. But I need help crafting the text of what we need so it is efficient and makes sense. I did not know where to go, so hopefully one of you kind souls will assist and help me formulate what the proposal would look like. If I'm in the wrong community group let me know. This is a steep learning curve!
