Mapview TimeExtent not applying to feature layers in Group layer

Hi,

We have feature layers under a group layer. The feature layers are time enabled. But when we set Mapview TimeExtent , its not affecting the feature layers which are in the group layer. If we move out the feature layers out of group layer , then time extent is getting applied. Is it a limitation in grouplayer?

We are using  Runtime SDK 100.9 in WPF.
