How Can I add Layers from a gpkg file on a raster basemap of tiff format ?

Hi,

I added a basemap (tiff file) , then after that i created a gpkg file from ArcGISDesktop of polygon to add over it . If i dont load the basemap , the layers are visible , but i am not able to load them over the base map . I am attatching the code, anyone please help me with it ??arcgis-runtime-sdk-for-wpfruntime for .netarcgis runtime sdk net@ abuckner-esristaff akajanus-esristaff
