Drone2Map export SPK is unavailable

Why SPK which made in Drone2Map1. 1 is unavailable in ArcGIS Runtime 100 for .NET,but ArcGIS Earth is navailable ????

ArcGIS Earth/Drone2Map has added custom support for this layer outside the runtime. The next update of the runtime should have native support for .spk.
