Do you know how I can download legacy ESRI software?

Specifically I need ArcSDE 9.3.1 for Oracle11g (32bit and 64bit) for Windows.

The customer should contact their local Esri distributor. In this case, the customer is in the UK and will need to contact Esri UK.
