I have spent the last 20 minutes trying to access My Esri on various browsers but all are infinitely loading or returning a 504 Gateway Time-out error. Ironically I therefore can't log a support case for something else because the support system appears to be down. Is this a wider issue? Or just me?

i spoke with esri support. They are working on it.
I'm seeing the same thing. I couldn't even login to reply to this post until just now. Perhaps my.esri.com is available now.
There is an issue that is currently being worked on.
My Esri should be accessible now.
