I'm one of the Community Managers here and while neither mining or geology aren't areas of expertise for me I do want to point out some general resources that may prove useful in your learning journey. One is the Esri Training area of Esri Community, which has lots of great information and can help you stay up-to-date on new course offerings, as well as provide an area to ask training-related questions. Directly related to that are Esri MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) which are free to participate in and a fantastic way to expand your GIS skills. All the best!
