print to file disabled - how to fix?

Hi there,

Im trying to use ArcPress as my printer engine and print to an .rtl file.  Problem is, my Print to File checkbox is disabled.  How do I enable it?  I'm using ArcGIS 10 (ArcInfo level) on Windows XP.  I have an HP 1050 plus plotter.

I assume you must have already contacted support or gotten an answer otherwise since this post, but just in case - the "Print to File" checkbox will be disabled if you're printing more than one page - for instance if you're tiling or if you have selected more than one copy to print.

Incidentally, I'd recommend contacting Esri support directly if you require more prompt assistance in the future.
