Layout View Label Issue

Hi there,

I created some call-out labels using "Drawing" tool in Data view.

However, when I PDF my map, as you can see below, one of my call-out comment goes beyond data frame line.

Does my data frame property needs to be modified?

Any help would be appreciated.
