How to create an attribute table showing which zip codes touch other zip codes?

Hello newbie with ArcGIS Pro here, I am confused on how to perform this analysis with my map. I have borders of each zip code in my study area, and am attempting to create a table showing which zip codes touch other zip codes (so which ones share a border/are adjacent to each other). For instance, I want to express that zip code ##### is next to zips #####, #####, #####.

Is this possible with some form of automated analysis? I can't quite get anything to work.

Use a Spatial Join with the "Boundary Touches" Match Option.  Add a def query to the result to exclude a zip code bounding itself.

Depending on how you'd like to see the results, you can use a Join Operation of "one to many" or "one to one."
