Allow rotation of shapes associated with point symbols e.g. arrows

In LocalMaps 2.3 it is not possible to rotate a symbol such as an arrow that is chosen from the point symbols library. It's understood that being a point there isn't generally a concept of rotation but if there was a way to rotate the associated symbol that would be of use to our staff.

Alternatively, more symbols that are rotated in their design would be useful. Presently all the arrows only go either up or down.
